History

Historic Mohegan Manor in Baldwinsville. The four-story structure was designed and built in 1910 by renowned architect Ward Wellington Ward for the IOOF (Oddfellows). Now restored to its original condition, Mohegan Manor serves as Central New York’s most upscale Banquet, Reception, and Meeting facility. Parked in front is Mohegan Manor’s 1956 Fleetwood Courtesy Limo.

Mohegan Manor’s W.F. Morris Ballroom, with a 22-foot domed ceiling, hardwood floors, and a 15 by 30 foot oil panting. Adjacent to the O.M. Bigelow Lounge and Reception area, the Manor’s Ballroom frequently hosts Weddings, Meetings, Theater, Concerts, and Dances.

A local preservationist, saved this treasure to be used by many more generations. Like many beautiful old structures, modernization and potential remodeling threatened Mohegan Manor. The newly restored Manor offers four levels. Three are used primarily for Banquets, Receptions and Meetings, and at street level, the Coffee and Wine Gallery serves lunch and dinner. Next to the gallery is The Restaurant at Mohegan Manor
