At Mohegan Manor our staff takes the Buffet option up an elegant step by serving a nice mixed green salad of your choice and breads at the table. This allows your guest the same starting time for dinner, saves time and eliminates the wrestling of two plates in the buffet line. By request, the staff will serve the bridal party.

Euro STATION

By far the most requested event, Stations allows great flexibility. With a station event, food is presented throughout the facility and available for 90 minutes. The beauty of this option is that the bride and groom are able to socialize with their guest. It is a very elegant and social way allowing both sides of the aisle to get to know each other. Food is plentiful and consumed over a longer period of time.

• Station ONE - A carving station with typically roast beef and turkey are served with fresh rolls, mayo horseradish, mustards, and cranberry.
• Station TWO - Two pastas dishes served by our staff with sauces of your choice are presented with breads and grated cheese
• Station THREE - Caesar Salad with dressing
• Station FOUR - Elaborate Crudite with Fruits, Vegetables, block & cubed cheese, Crakers and Dips
• Passed Hors d’ ourvres – Selection of 8, 4 chosen by party planner, 4 by chef.

Other Options include

• Mediterranean Fruit Table with chocolate, yogurt
• Chocolate fountain with skewers and dippers
