From Syracuse/State Fair/Thruway Exit 39
Proceed north 1 mile pass thruway exit 39 to Van Buren RD, turn right off the exit
and go 1 mile to Rt. 48, turn left and proceed 1.1 miles (three trafic lights)
to the corners of Rt.48/370/31 also Oswego St. Pass through light, We are in the
