Sugar & Spice will be offering short reception at 4 PM that will be followed by a five course meal in the copper room at Mohegan Manor, by the fireplace. The meal will include appetizer, soup, salad, entree, dessert and a champagne/sparkling cider toast. Miss Jacki will spend the evening reviewing etiquette and its history in a fun and interesting way while the young ladies dine. A keep sake photo by the fireplace is our gift to you.
Mohegan Manor is located at 58 Oswego Street, in Baldwinsville.
MENU:
Our evening will begin with a delicate crepe filled with a vegetable medley, and finished with a balsamic glaze and goat cheese.
Our soup course will feature Roasted Red Pepper Bisque. For our salad course, please enjoy our mixed greens, raddicchio, Belgian endive, and romaine heart, accompanied by fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, chickpeas, petite corn, mandarin oranges, and roasted red peppers, drizzled with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette. For our main course, we present Parmesan Encrusted Chicken, hand prepared, with a rich tomato marmalade, with our garlic mashed potatoes, and a fresh vegetable. Our finishing touch is an incredible, mouth-watering cheesecake with fresh berries. We will offer coffee, hot tea, and magic chocolate tea to accompany dessert. *Vegetarian option available by request.
The price is $35 per person. Guests are encouraged to bring anyone who is special to them, and make it a family affair with mother, sisters, aunts, grandmothers, fairy godmothers; anyone who will enjoy this special evening. The price includes tax and gratuity.
Reservations can be made by calling 315- 857-0078 or 315-720-6043, or through event reservations on this site. There is limited seating and this popular event will fill up fast. Pre-payment will be required. This is a great event for young ladies between the ages of 8 and 15.
