Banquet Facility Rental Rates

Facility Rental For Brides:

Facility Rental $1,400.00
Includes:

  • 4 hours facility use (Ceremony time is not included. Start & End will be bride’s choice)
  • House D.J. for 4 hours
  • Table Linens
  • Gift table, place card table & setup to bride’s needs
  • Cake table & Cake cutting
  • Use of current house centerpieces
  • Additional hours added $250.00 each hour

Discounts Available For Friday and Sunday Weddings

Ceremony on Premise ( in our Ballroom)

$400 for one hour (setup and teardown)

$25 per hour for preparation of the bride prior to ceremony ( includes water,coffe,soda)

Cost To Caterer or Planner
Facility Rental $1,650.00 for 4 hours (must be paid prior to the event)
Additional hours added $200 each hour

  • Floor Supervisory assistance (8 hours) Prep, function and cleanup - $125 & $20 per hour O/T
  • Dishwasher, supplies, and operator - (6 Hours) $100 - $12 per hrO/T
  • Equipment usage: plates, flatware, chaffers, trash removal - $1.50 per person
  • Additional staff persons on request - $12 per hour
