I would like to publicly thank Dennis Sick and his wonderful staff, particularly Tim, Chris, and Patty for the wonderful dining experience my husband and I had Friday evening at his establishment, the Mohegan Manor. 

 

We made reservations for dinner and were told we would be picked up, free, as a courtesy for dining with Mohegan Manor.  What a delightful surprise!  Promptly at 6pm we were picked up at our home and taken to Mohegan Manor where we enjoyed a pre-dinner cocktail while waiting for our table. 

 

Upon being seated, Tim greeted us to tell us about the menu and to assist us in making a wine selection to complement our meal.  The Silver Palm Cabernet was excellent!  I ordered the Filet Mignon, which was so tender I could have cut it with a fork and the spicy shrimp was amazing!  My husband had the Mohegan Scallops, which were so tender and savory! 

 

I would encourage everyone to take advantage of this best-kept secret in Baldwinsville and enjoy the opportunity to experience the wonderfully relaxing atmosphere of Mohegan Manor while enjoying 4 star cuisine!  Right here in our very own Baldwinsville! 

 

We are truly blessed to have this treasure right in our backyard!  Make sure you make time to tour the upper levels of the building where you will see the past so beautifully preserved from the tin ceilings to the impressive hand carved staircase.  I really appreciate the way owner Dennis Sick has sought to preserve the past in order to enjoy the present.  Whether you are enjoying a weeknight beverage at the wine bar or partaking in world-class cuisine, Mohegan Manor is truly a Baldwinsville gem!
