Oven Roasted Beet Salad with Pan Seared Diver Scallops, Spring Mix Greens and topped with a Pomegranate Balsamic Vinaigrette

 Tortellini alla Crema con Funghi
Cheese tortellini tossed in a basil cream sauce with portabella mushrooms, artichoke hearts, prosciutto ham and a touch of garlic. 

Appetizer

Carpaccio di Manzo

Filet Mignon pounded extra thin, cured with lemon and extra virgin olive oil topped with parmigiano reggiano cheese, capers, scallions and arugula

8oz Brazilian Lobster Tail with drawn butter and a 4oz Beef Tenderloin topped with a Smoked Applewood Bacon Peppercorn Demi-Glace (double it up and have it served for 2)

Tender Veal medallions topped with Eggplant, imported Prosciutto, Fontina Cheese in a White Winesauce with fresh Herbs.

 

C )   Pollo Rolatini

Chicken breast filled with Arugula, Romano Cheese served with sauteed Shitake Mushrooms, Sun Dried Tomatoes, in a Rosé Wine Sauce with a touch of cream
